I’m an amateur photograph trying to get the most fun out of his Sony DSC-T5 point-and-shoot camera. Recently I’ve been focussing on spherical panoramas and Escheresque spirals. So far I’ve been pretty happy with what it’s possible to do with a point-and-shoot camera, although I’m starting to grow a list of features I wish I could use (mainly: long exposures, multiple shots with same exposure, stabilizer). When I grow up, I want to buy a real camera, and by then I hope I’ll have figured when focal and aperture mean (I’m only half joking here: since I don’t have control over these parameters, I don’t know how they affect the picture).
